Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant

About Daily Microfoliant

Gentle, daily use exfoliating powder for all skin conditions. Unique Rice-based powder formula activates upon contact with water, releasing Papain, Salicylic Acid and Rice Enzymes that micro-exfoliate dead cells, instantly leaving skin smoother and brighter.

Our unique Skin Brightening Complex helps to balance uneven skin pigmentation while a super-soothing blend of Green Tea, Ginkgo and Colloidal Oatmeal helps to calm the skin, leaving it extraordinarily clear and refreshed. Gentle enough to use on a daily basis. Not recommended for users of medically-prescribed exfoliation products. Formulated without artificial fragrances and colors.

My Thoughts

There has been a plenty of hype about Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant. I have always been wanting to try it, and now that I have, I am so happy with the visible results. My combination skin has always troubled me with acne and scars. I almost tried every product, even went for microdermabrasion but acne kept on coming back. I have been using this exfoliator for about a year now and all I can say is WOW ! This one product has changed my life so much. It has literally helped me fight acne for the past year. The rice based enzyme powder is very unique which gently clears away all the dirt and debris from your skin making it radiant and smoother. It also contains  green tea, ginkgo and oatmeal which leaves your skin clearer and refreshed. It has no artificial fragrance. The best part about this formula is it doesn't feel rough against your skin unlike other scrubs. It's mild enough to use everyday without drying the skin, removing all the dirt and debris keeping your pores clean. It comes with a hefty price tag but lasts really long for more than a year. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive and acne prone skin.

I use it after cleansing my skin with Dermalogica's precleanse and follow by Dermalogica's active moist as my skin feels a little tight after using it.

How To Use

All you have to do is dispense about a half a tea spoon on the palm of your wet hands and make a creamy paste by rubbing them together. Massage on your face for about a minute and rinse. Follow with your favorite moisturizer. I use Dermalogica Active Moist.
