This is one the most raved reds. MAC lipsticks come in 8 different finishes and Russian red has a “ matte “ finish but retains a bit of creamy sheen. It is a deep red which is comfortable and flattering for both warmer and cooler undertones.. it is one of the best reds I've ever tried and own.

 

The pigment is no joke and is really intense.. it settles well and is bleed free.. the lasting power is great I don’t need touch ups when I am wearing it throughout the day or in any event (mostly desi weddings)..

 

Like all MAC lipsticks its has a yummy vanilla scent which I looovvee !!.. this shade is from there permanent line.. this is the red which comes to my mind first whenever there’s a recommendation for red lips..
